Architectural
• What types of exterior modifications can I make to my home without requiring approval of the association?
All exterior modifications or improvements require approval through the association’s architectural control process.
• Where do I find my community's architectural modification request form?

• What's the process for submitting the application? How long does it take to get approval?
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee. A response may take up to 30 days from the date of submission. Please provide as much detail as possible to avoid delays.
• What is the status of my application?
If you have not heard from the Community Manager or Architectural Review Committee within 30 days, please submit a request via TownSq or email your Community Manager at ADPOTmanager@goodwintx.com.
Board Meetings
• How do I find out when the next Board meeting takes place?
Board meeting dates and times are posted in the News and Events section of TownSq and sent via email to registered residents.
• Where can I find copies of the most recent Meeting Minutes?
Meeting minutes are posted in the Documents section of TownSq.
Common Area Maintenance
• The landscaper is not cutting my backyard. Why?
Landscapers may not have access due to locked gates, standing water, or other obstacles. Please submit a request via TownSq for assistance.
• What does the Association maintain and what am I responsible for maintaining?
Homeowners are responsible for the interior/exterior of their units. The Association maintains the outside common areas.
• I need to report a maintenance issue to a common area in the community...
Please submit a request via TownSq and include a picture and as much detail as possible.
• What is the trash/waste pick-up schedule for my community?
Trash is collected every Tuesday. Please place bins out by 7:00 AM.
• How do I get electric/gas/water/trash service?
Contact the respective utility providers for service setup. Trash service is included with your HOA dues.
• How do I get a mailbox key?
Contact your local United States Postal Center for mailbox key requests, or a locksmith if your unit was purchased as a resale.
Compliance
• I just received a violation notice. Who can I talk to about it?
Contact the Compliance Department at compliance@goodwintx.com. Additional contact information is on your notice.
• I need to report an issue with a neighbor's home.
Submit a request via TownSq with a picture, address, and details of the alleged violation.
• When does your compliance driver come through our community?
Compliance inspections are done monthly.
• Is there a list of do's and don'ts I can give to my tenant?

• Can I pay my assessment with a credit/debit card?
Yes, through TownSq. Credit card payments incur a $1.50 fee plus 3.5% of the payment amount. E-checks incur a $1.50 fee.

Due on the 1st of each month - $220 a month
• Are there any fees associated with online payments?
Yes. Credit card: $1.50 + 3.5%. E-check: $1.50.
• Why does my account show a negative number?
A negative number means you have a credit balance.
• I received a letter about a past due assessment. Who can I talk to about these fees?

• How do I update my Western Alliance payment information?

• What is my assessment paying for?
Assessments cover operating expenses such as utilities, maintenance, landscaping, amenities, and insurance.
• Where can I find my account number?
In the welcome package sent after closing. Contact Customer Service if you need assistance.
Insurance
• My lender is asking for a copy of the association's insurance. Where do I get this information?

Owner Information
• How do I update my contact information/mailing address?

Rules/Regulations
• What is the community's rental/leasing policy?
Leases must be at minimum, 6 months long.
All leases must be in writing and must be subject to the association’s governing documents.
• What is the community's pet policy?
Residents may keep customary domesticated house pets such as dogs, cats, caged birds, and aquarium fish, with a maximum of 4 cats and dogs in the aggregate, of which no more than 2 may be dogs.
Pets are only allowed on common areas if carried or leashed.
